Headhunting Service

The headhunting service by "Shen-cai" addresses ourselves to provide recruiting of medium and senior level management talents, professional technical talents and special jobs as well as related consultation service to the clients. So far, we have successfully hunted a lot of elites for a great number of multinational and domestic famous companies, and the good reputation and acceptation of the enterprises have sufficiently represented the excellent performance of Shen-cai in the headhunting industry.

Detailed Introduction to Headhunting Service Procedures:
  • Consignment Acceptance
  • The enterprise needs to complete the uniform “Letter of Consignment on Recruitment” and “Job Description” provided by Shencai, and provides related background information and business license copy of the enterprise confirmed by signature.

  • Job Analysis and Understanding of Company Background
  • Shen-cai analyzes the talents distribution of the job and difficulty of searching and hunting according to the enterprise demand, then meets with the manager of the consigner and analyzes the requirements of business ability, personalities, behavioral style, professional skills, working experience and image etc. for the candidates according to the enterprise background, enterprise culture, salary & welfare, and organization chart of the enterprise we have learned, to seek for an resultful matching through effective communication.

  • Contract Signing of the Consignment
  • Both parties negotiate and sign “Agreement to Recruitment” according to the analysis result to the job, and after the signature of the agreement, the consigner should pay the agreed down payment to Shen-cai within the agreed time limit and submit the following materials: copy of the organization ID, copy of business license, Letter of Consignment on Recruitment, Job Description, organization chart, company profile and products information.

  • Talents Searching and Hunting
  • We will filter from our talents bank, and initiate the part-time hunters and information-collecting consultants for special areas & industries to perform relevant and extensive searching for the talents required pertinently, and if necessary, keep on the communication and discussion with the consigner, and perform careful & meticulous selection, review and investigation, so as to provide the most appropriate list of candidates to the consigner.

  • Initial Interview and Comprehensive Evaluation
  • For the candidates found through searching and collection, Shen-cai will arrange initial interview to perform multi-level and pertinent comprehensive evaluation with multiple means for those who have passed the initial interview, including professional ability, psychology, character, leadership, flexibility, adaptability and career tendency etc., to guarantee the recommended candidate can meet the demands of the consigner and work stably for a long term.

  • Recommendation
  • We will issue the report of the relevant candidate(s) according to our initial interview, and submit the appropriate candidate(s) to the consigner in the form of confidential report, then we will arrange for the enterprise to meet the candidates in a location convenient.

  • Recruitment
  • After the candidate recommended by Shen-cai has passed the retesting by the employer; the both parties have reached an agreement, and shall transact the official recruitment procedures on the basis that the candidate has settled the various procedures of demission with the former employer.

  • Balance Settlement and Follow-up Service
  • After the candidate recommended by Shen-cai has registered with the consigner; the consigner shall pay the balance within the agreed time limit. Afterwards we will regularly provide the callback service for the cooperation between both parties, as well as making follow-up evaluation to the recruited talent(s) in respect of his/her performance at the consigner’s company timely.


Charge Standard

Service charge standard: 30-35% of the total annual gross income (depending on the job description and requirements).Position standard: department manager and above position, or senior professional technician.
Note: 30% of the service charge will be taken as down payment when signing the agreement.


Shen-cai's Promise: We will return the down payment in 100%, if we haven’t provide any candidates!
